The Glucose Cure for Weight Gain and Obesity

Post by ofonorow » Thu Jul 04, 2024 2:37 pm

This is a question about Lifewave patches, but I think the "weight loss" topic deserves its own thread.
Hi Owen.
I am 69, 5’2”and weigh too much. 170 to be exact. I’ve lost the same 20 lbs for the last 25 yr. I desperately trying now (even taking cold showers to burn brown fat. Burr!!) but at my age am also concerned about saggy skin if I can finally lose weight. Would the X-39 stem cell patch help with that?
Blessings,
Diane

When I emailed back, I said I would have to think about this. After writing what follows, I realized that the answer to weight gain/obestity is simple:

EAT MORE GLUCOSE.

When we crave sugar, we are craving glucose. When the brain doesn't get what it wants, we eat!!

The secret? Glucose doesn't make us fat. Fructose turns on the fat switch in the liver.

Ironically, and making all this difficult to understand is that the cause of weight/gain obesity is cane (table) sugar. This sugar sucrose is in all processed foods. Sucrose is half glucose!? Ye Gads.

What's the difference? The "table" sugar sucrose is half fructose, which turns on the "fat" switch and causes the liver to produce fat that is stored in our fat cells.

As you can see in the next video, fructose (from fruits that bloom when the weather is good) is nature's way of preparing animals for the cold dark winter. By fattening them up. This video first alerted us to professor Johnson's work on the "Fat Switch" (around minute 6)

This led to reading the good professor's book:

which provides the evidence that cane sugar has produced the obesity epidemic, and that the actual "fat switch" is fructose.

I have tried to explain (so far poorly) at this forum topic (Keto's Fatal Flaw and the Fat Switch).. https://vitamincfoundation.com/forum/vi ... 678#p56267

Lifewave Photo-Therapy Patches

Now, yes there are Lifewave patches specifically designed to help with weight loss (through a reduction in appetite) e.g. the SP6 patch. I simply don't have the experience yet with them to recommend one way or the other.

If you are willing to exercise, the X-49 patch has been clinically shown to promote fat loss and the production of lean muscle.

The SHINE/DREAM "aromatherapy" mists, increase the endogenous production of many hormones, and oxytocin (the love hormone) promotes lean muscle.

Ill put the links in the videos later.

My wife and I have finally lost a lot of weight. We are age 70. I credit most of this weight loss from knowledge I picked up reading the marvelous Medical Medium series of books by Anthony William. This is where I learned the importance of glucose, and how the brain creates hunger when its need for glucose isn't satisfied.

The medical medium teaches us, for example, that most body weight as we age is caused by a failing liver. We learn that something like 40% of our "excess" body weight is water - not fat. As we accumulate toxins, the liver cannot do its job any longer and has to dump toxins into the lymph. The body to protect itself from these toxins pumps water into the lymph, a secondary filtering system. The fix is to "rescue" liver function. One of the best books ever written is LIVER RESCUE by Anthony William,
https://www.amazon.com/Medical-Medium-L ... 190&sr=1-1

which I would suggest reading, but after reading the revised first book in the series.

One simple way to help the liver is to start the day with at least 16 ounces of "lemon water." Squeeze a lemon into a glass of water.

Another means to greatly assist your liver, as you will learn, is to follow the lemon water with freshly squeezed celery juice.

Another way to support liver function, is to staunchly avoid fat in the diet, which, as a by-product, will greatly reduce your "calories" and may be the reason my wife and I have gotten so "skinny" of late. You may remember the almost "no fat" Pritikin Diet? Right idea.

We also subscribe to the Tovola? home food delivery service, which greatly improved the quality of our meals. We share the "push button" meal, so we are each eating half, and neither of us is hungry.

If you have a sweet tooth, don't worry too much, because your brain is craving glucose.

Importantly GLUCOSE will not make you fat.

However, the sugar FRUCTOSE turns on a switch that causes the liver to make fat.

Again, it is confusing because ordinary table sugar (sucrose) is half glucose (good) and have fructose (bad)

Other than buying glucose (dextrose) bulk, most sugars in processed food products are sucrose. The only natural way to obtain glucose is by eating fruits, or raw honey or pure maple syrup!

There are many marvelous qualities to fruits, especially as anti-cancer foods.

Having some fructose, have ordinary sweets, will not cause the problem that a lack of total sugar causes. How about extreme hunger?

Ideally you could buy D-glucose (dextrose) say from Now Foods, to use to sweeten your coffee and baking. Eat that to your heart's content.

Yes, end your food cravings with glucose.

Alternatively, our new Cardio-C XM product features glucose, replacing the Stevia

Happy 4th!
