Looking for evidence of Plaque Reduction to convince stubborn father

Post by ofonorow » Sun Oct 27, 2024 10:57 am

Hi there, just came across this therapy and actually heard of this years ago, so going down the rabbit hole again. My father has heart disease and diabetes, but its really hard to convince him of using any supplement, stubborn as a mule. Is there any sort before and after angiograms or clinical trials that have reduction in arterial plaques? I need to find visual aids such as photos before and after in order to convince him that this protocol works. If anybody has a source of this, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks.
The first thing to remember is that you don't need a specific product. You can go to a drug store and purchase vitamin C and lysine pills without a prescription, which at the correct dosage will provide the therapeutic effect. Depending on his symptoms, the worse they are, the more benefit he will seem to enjoy.

A man named David Leake wrote a book and published a web site that provides exactly the type of evidence you are looking for, i.e., before and after heart and angiogram scans.

https://www.amazon.com/Patented-Heart-D ... 110&sr=8-1
My own options ran out in 2007. After 17 years on every statin drug, I’d developed the same allergic reaction to them all. My heart doctor even said, “There is nothing more I can do for you.” Desperate, I turned to the Internet. My prayers were answered when I found U.S. patent #5278189.

With no alternative available, I opted to try this “cure.” Then the supposedly impossible happened. After an invasive angiogram procedure conducted July 27, 2011, an expert cardiologist reported my heart to be "free of obstructive disease." - David Leake

I have been posting testimonial evidence daily at my Twitter/X feed since early 2024. X has changed their web address, but my handle is

Thanks to you both for the helpful insights. I've ordered two of those books. Now comes the challenge to see if my dad will actually take the supplement. I'm taking the Cardio-C myself to try it out. It sounds like the key is to keep a steady stream of AA running throughout the body along with the amino acids. I actually have Plantar Fasciitis myself, and my thought process for this protocol is the Elastin to help with my calves and feet to help increase flexibility, but not sure if it will work. I've been battling heel pain for several years. It seems to help when I keep active, but always seems to tighten up and get inflamed again.
Thanks again.

Another point that may help convince your dad that there is no harm in trying.  There is no real LDL  - Lethal Dosage Level - for vitamin C, i.e. a dosage that can kill laboratory animals in toxicity experiments. Vitamin C is less toxic than water! Lysine is almost as safe, and both vitamin C and lysine are essential, meaning they are required for life in some amount.

So if your dad is alive, he is taking both vitamin C and lysine daily - in some amount. The only issue is how much to take. Pauling recommended 5 to 6 grams of each, and we know of people who have taken a lot more and done better, faster.

As far as your Plantar Fasciitis, you might find some success with vitamin C. Dr. Levy, in his book PRIMAL PANACEA I believe, found research that osteoporosis is really bone scurvy, i.e., bones weaken from a lack of vitamin C.    Among other things I'm sure you have tried, you might add a copper glycinate supplement, as the reason bones weaken for astronauts in space has something to do with copper. I was reminded of this, first discovered by Becker, by listening to Jack Kruse podcasts.

And now after listening to hours and hours of Dr. Jack Kruse podcasts, I think you might find that you can heal your foot by adding red light therapy.    At hour 3, minute 10,

Dr. Kruse tells the story of an 80 year old man, possibly his father-in-law, who fell off a roof and broke his tibia. There was a pin in the bone and it spilt from end-to end.    Kruse recommended Red and Near Infrared light therapy, 20 minutes, 4 times daily.

The bone healed (regenerated) without even a scar!      A few weeks later, the elderly man went to his eye doctor, and his Macular Degeneration had completely resolved.

Note the elderly man did not wear the recommended safety glasses during the Red Light treatments.
