Magnesium cured my pollen alergy ?

Post by Janah » Wed Dec 04, 2024 10:22 pm

So i started taking folic acid and a supplement that has magnesium , kalsium (calium) and vit D in one pill , after i started taking this my nose totally cleared up and i was able to breathe again , not been able to breathe in 10 years the nose is always completely stuffed !

i cant believe it my self , im like a brand new person ... like i got my life back

but what is causing it ? is it the magnesium , calium or the folic acid

i used to have to take strong anti histamines to be able to breathe.... those that made the whole body sore and weak

now i dont have to take that s##t anymore :)

Neither of them, in your particular case D did the job of curing your allergies. I would suggest adding Flaxseed (Omega 3/6) for a permanent solution, and not ever requiring the use of antihistamines.

So could it be because i had or have a vitamin D deficiency ? would make sense cus i have never eaten sea food what so ever or food that has Vitamin D

but doctors never told me i have a deficiency in that , they said i needed folic acid cus of B6 or B9 i think , cant remember

i will try flaxseed omega 3/6 as you say and see if it helps.

can you suggest some brands ? what bottles should i buy that works ?

should i just use an oil bottle and eat a few spoons of that each day or ? image link : https://static.naturalis.no/p/xl/linfro ... spring.jpg

or is it the pilled bottles marked : Omega 3-6-9 ?

thanks.

You could be D deficient, BUT at times one needs more than the lab recommended lower limit i.e. 20 ng. The reason I picked D doing the job of curing your pollen allergy is that it induces, regulates autophagy besides it's other properties.
And why Flaxseed, cause it has both anti-inflammatory and healing, regeneration properties.
The link of Flaxseed looks fine, no need to start capsules at the moment.
1 tablespoon twice daily should be good enough.
D + Flaxseed is the ideal combo for you.

Goodluck and you are welcome.

I thought this product contained vitamin D but as far as i know it don't , i misunderstood... what is the best source for me to take vitamin D ?

the flax seed oil i assume was just a side thing to take , but what supplement do you recommend for vitamin D ?

I'd recommend any decent brand like GNC, Now for D3, preferably in soft gels vs tablets, 5,000 IU daily for 15 days and than on alternate days. I keep my patients ideally at +40 ng.
Flaxseed (Omega-3) is not just a side thing, but very important in it's anti inflammatory and regeneration properties.
Both help in modulation of T cells and eosinophils.
