The ingredients are: Ascorbic Acid - 1 gram. Rose Hips 25 mg., other ingredients - gelatin capsule, magnesium stearate.
Since I take about 23 g per day of pure ascorbic acid powder for 10 years - that's in total 86kg of ascorbic acid powder to this day, and I weight only 63 - I from the beginning avoided any capsules or pills, for avoiding kg amounts of binder and fillers over the years. I still to get a lot of binder and fillers from all the other supplements I'm taking anyway. Out of precaution I would take anything in the grams range preferable pure as bulk powder, wherever possible.
Pure ascorbic acid powder is cheap (get a 100g bottle for EUR 1.90 in local Supermarkets here), and mixed in a glass of water with all other bulk powders (lysine, arginine, taurine, carnitine, betaine, proline, potassium bicarbonate, etc.) is probably the easiest way to swallow too.
